Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) is a concentration of platelets in an small volume of plasma, is also a condensed suspension of growth factors found in platelets. PRP condenses and stimulates peripheral growth factors and stem cells to differentiate, to regenerate, and to create collagen and elastic fiber.
PRP contains the growth factors and other healing proteins that platelets contain. These proteins are bioactive molecules capable of cell renewal, tissue and rejuvenation.

The area which is drawn blood is disinfected with alcohol and gauze. The blood vessel which will be taken blood is determined and tourniquet is applied. For the PAL-CP20 kit, The 20mL injector is filled 1.8mL anticoagulant and blood up to 18mL (16.2mL blood + 1.8mL anticoagulant). After the injector is removed from the patient's arm, the injector is turned upside down 5-6 times in slow motion to prevent blood clotting.

If the Buffy Coat layer is formed in the lower body part of the kit, not in the neck area, the plunger in the sterile package with the kit is attached from the bottom, pushing it up slowly, allowing it to come to the neck of the Buffy Coat. Rarely, in patients with high hematocrit levels, the Buffy Coat layer can be stratified over the neck. In this case, Buffy Coat is adjusted to the length with the help of the piston.

Following the sterility, the CellPhi plug located in the middle of the blue top cover is opened and the Buffy Coat layer is reached with a 2mL injector.

After centrifugation, CellPhi Sterile PRP Blood Seperation Kit is removed from the centrifuge without shaking. After centrifugation, the blood will be layered with erythrocytes in the lower part of the kit, Buffy Coat (platelets and leukocytes) in the middle neck and plasma on top.

CellPhi PRP Kit is removed from its packaging without impairing its sterility. CellPhi Cap in the middle can be removed to prevent back pressure as blood is transferred. In accordance with sterile conditions, blood is slowly transferred into the kit from the side hole in the blue top cap at a cross angle.

With the Tornado method, PRP is obtained by taking 1-2mL plasma on the Buffy Coat layer in the neck of the kit. The remaining plasma is called PPP (Poor plasma from Platelet).

It is placed in the centrifuge mutually with the equal weight balance kit: If Centrifuge is performed with 45 degree or 60 degree fixed angle centrifuge type, Adjust RCF = 1890g in (3400 RPM-3600 RPM according to radius of rotation of centrifuge device) for 10 minutes. If Centrifuge is performed with rotor-swing type centrifuge, Adjust RCF = 1890g in a rotor-swing type centrifuge (3200 RPM-3400 RPM according to radius of rotation of centrifuge device) for 10 minutes.
